LOOK: Star Wars fans don costumes at ‘Solo’ screening

MANILA – The force was strong in a Makati theater as Star Wars fans dressed as troopers attended an exclusive screening of the franchise’s latest installment, Thursday.

Members of the Philippine Garrison of the 501st Legion and the Bagong Pag-Asa Base of the Rebel Legion, official Star Wars fan groups recognized by Lucasfilm, came in full gear to witness the unveiling of a 7.4-foot Chewbacca statue.
